Releasing transport request taking long time

Hi All,

After I moved the DEV enviroment to other server in different network topology, the process of releasing transport request is taking long time to Quality enviroment.

In the SE09, after that I release child request, the parent request stay on "In process: Requires update" status for long time. The average time for a transport is 35 minutes to Quality enviroment.

The network traffic between the two servers is good. What could I do in SAP to improve performance?
