Error during transport - Transformation not getting active.

Dear Experts

I am facing problem while transporting the transformation to QAS. As per the screenshot the routine has error and therefore the transformation stays inactive after transport. I checked the all the concerned routines but the cannot find any Syntax Error in both DEV and QAS system. the transformation is perfectly active in DEV but does not activate in QAS.

Also I get checked the routine in question in the Table RSAROUT and could not find it there, however the routine is collected in the transport. Not sure if this is the cause.

System Info: BI 7.0

BI Content: 7.05

Please help if any one half any idea what the case may be.
