Deduction of Absences from Quota in Time Evaluation

Dear SAP Gurus,

                           I am using TM04 negative Time evaluation. Function Quota generates 4HRS every month coming in 2006 Infotype in Number field.

The Absences are also coming from 2001 in deduction field of 2006. First issue is -How can I get the Absences deduct from Quota number automatically in TM04.I created a Rule called through P2006 which does give me the Remaining Quota Balance but when I try to use UPDTQAxx operation I get a ABAP error.
