MRP Recommendation error for Production order creation

Hi Experts,

In SAP B1 9.2 on production server there is very strange error occurred while creating production order from MRP recommendation it shows "Cannot select serial numbers; fractional quantity exists in row 1" it only  occurred for some production orders not all. there is no error code for reference and help on portal.

Does anybody encounter such issues please share.
