Wrong screen opening up on going to Tcode KA06

Hello,

We are trying to execute Tcode KA06 (Create Secondary Cost Element) in our EHP7 for ERP 6.0 system. But for some reason when we execute the Tcode we see the opening screen of FS00  (G/L acct master record maintenance tcode).  We are not sure why this is happening.  We even checked in the status bar we see this Tcode (FS00).

Please help if you have any idea why this could be happening.
