Dear Experts,
I have a flexible appraisal template that include a Part Appraisal process.
I am also utilizing the BADi HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS to control column access for the appraisee, appraiser and part appraiser.
The issue I am having is that while the part appraisal is ongoing, a part appraiser can only see his/her part appraisal rating, as desired. However, as soon as the last part appraiser completes their part appraisal, then all part appraisers can see the ratings of the other part appraisers.
The business requirement is that the part appraiser should only see their own rating within the closed part appraisal process.
