Unable to create Delivery for Sales Order with available Stock

Hi,

I have enough stock available in my storage location (SLoc 7000) for a specific material. I have created a customer SO for this material. When I am trying to create a delivery, system does not allow me to create a delivery throwing error message "0 stock available for the material". In MMBE, I have sufficient amount of stocks available in unrestricted status.

In MD04, at the header level, it shows stock qty as 22, but against each customer sales order line, it shows available qty as zero.

I have attached screenshot of MMBE and MD04 for reference.

Please suggest.
