Addition of new link in target group segmentation model in crm web ui

Hi Experts,

I am working for CRM utilities project. And I have a requirement where I want to add new link on target group as a follow up action.

When User clicks on that link Z view will be shown to user to take further actions.

Please check the below screen shots.

Below is the Target group view where, when you click on target group options you will get below options.

When you click on follow up there are some existing links.

1) I want to add new link in that.

2) Just to check the existing code I analyzed that when I click on "Create Business Transaction" It navigates me to Component/view SEGFPR_CBT/General.

Can anyone help me with this? I guess this is java applets in web ui.

Please help me in this issue ASAP.
