Introscope Agent failes to connect

Hello,

after an Functional Upgrade Check we upgraded the Introscope Wily4Java package to 8.2.4.3.

1. Enabled Maintenance Mode for SMD
2. Deployed the Packages via SDM
3. Disabled Maintenance Mode for SMD

After this I started SM Workcenter to reinstall Bytecode Adapter but it failes for all Java Instances.

With following Error:

Enterprise Manager running fine and was restartet, all Diagnostic Agents running fine and are seen as grren in Agent-Admin:

The "Introscope Host Adapter" Installation is fine as well:

And also here following error:

for this error i checked Note 1840897

But JAVA_HOME is set, no old Software components are found in LMDB and LM-Service is 7.10 SP13 Patch 04

Did I forgot something ?
