The system cannot find the path specified...

Hi guys,

Error:

"The system cannot find the path specified" when trying to open a Web Intelligence report saved as an Excel file.

Environment:

• SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise 3.1 SP6
• Web Intelligence reports

Steps to get Error:

1. Open the report
2. Select 'Document'
3. Select 'Save to my computer as'
4. Select 'Excel'
5. Select 'Open'

Error Details:

The system cannot find the path specified

Cause:

The report name contained a forward slash (/)

Resolution:

Renamed the report without a forward slash (/)
